IDEX Consulting are working in Partnership with a growing and highly reputable Lifestyle Financial Planning brand, in their search for a Financial Planner to join their team in the Central belt of Scotland, working in a hybrid client-facing capacity.
Our client has ambitions of becoming a £100M T/O Lifestyle Financial Planning brand, and we're searching for slick, highly ambitious, career-driven, dependable Financial Planners, who want to provide a proposition which puts the client at the front and centre.
You will be provided with appointments to provide holistic, independent financial advice across pensions, retirement planning, investment advice, estate and IHT planning, later-life and long-term care, and protection insurances; with a view of building a portfolio of business for you to manage on an ongoing basis.
The ideal candidate will be a minimum of Level 4 qualified; be confident in their ability to understand client circumstances; and be able to articulate complex solutions to help their clients understand and achieve their financial goals.

This position would be suitable for individuals with or without a client following, but ultimately those comfortable in their ability to provide effective lifestyle financial planning to a wide audience, and an ability to convert prospective opportunities into clients, where suitable.
Exceptional starting salary of up to £70K, alongside 50% on all new business, bonus on recurring income and share options.
