Idex have partnered with a well known Accountancy firm, who are looking for two ambitious IFA's who will support their exciting growth strategy.

The firm offer independent financial planning and investment management services to clients throughout the UK and pride themselves on being true advocates of personal, face-to-face advice, provided by highly qualified, competent, and experienced professionals. The firm is Chartered and currently has @ £75m under management.

As a Financial Planner at this prestigeous Accountancy Practice, and ambassador for the wider firm, it is your role to ensure that, together with the team, you provide a high standard of technical service to clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with client requirements.

Actively promote yourself and the business as experts in the marketplace, assisting with the marketing strategy as required, creating, and obtaining referrals for work, successfully concluding negotiations.

With responsibility for assisting the development of our team, and potentially supervising your planning colleagues, together with a responsibility for the future growth of the firm.

You will be effective in the introduction of our services to our clients both internally, your own business network and to the wider market.

Actively manage and control the delivery of all aspects of assignments, including engagement terms, client liaison between departments of the firm, and presentation of work to clients.

Know your clients and be able to recognise significant issues in their circumstances or operations and consider the best possible recommendations for their solution.

Develop expertise and undertake complex technical research, with the ability to present concisely in person or in written form, having due regard for risk.

Identify and raise where the firm is potentially exposed to risk, look for efficiencies, improve procedures, propose recommendations and solutions, and take a leading role in the implementation of change.

Delegate work effectively to team members, monitor the progress of work, and assume responsibility for the quality of the work, enforcing the firm's procedures, providing guidance, sharing knowledge and on the job training as and when required.

Make effective business decisions in relation to the management of your team and the firm, dealing with issues as they arise and being commercially aware.
