We are looking for a talented, relationship-focused Chartered Financial Adviser to join the team at a key part of their growth journey

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established client-facing role, with the majority of your time spent advising and nurturing an existing portfolio of long-term clients. You'll also benefit from warm internal referrals and business development support to continue growing your book in a sustainable, high-quality way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver independent, whole-of-market advice across pensions, investments, protection, IHT, and tax planning
  • Manage and develop relationships with a loyal base of existing clients
  • Identify new advice opportunities through reviews, referrals, and internal channels
  • Collaborate with a dedicated support team (paraplanning and admin) to ensure a smooth and compliant advice process
  • Maintain high professional and ethical standards in line with their Chartered status

Requirements:

  • Level 6 Chartered Financial Planner (or equivalent) qualification (or very close to)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Adviser
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Confidence in dealing with complex client needs and high-net-worth individuals (£1 million plus average case size)
  • Based in or near London with flexibility for face-to-face and remote meetings
  • A team player who values long-term relationships over short-term gains

Why could this opportunity be for you?

  • A supportive, client-first culture backed by financial and tech focused support
  • A book of existing clients ready for you to manage and grow
  • Hybrid working options
  • Dedicated paraplanning and admin support to allow you to focus on what you do best
  • Access to market-leading technology, compliance, and training
  • Clear progression opportunities and CPD support
