IFA Support Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms.
The role of IFA Support Supervisor will oversee and line manage a team of IFA Administrators to ensure timely, efficient and accurate administrative support.
This is an excellent opportunity that will offer development in team management.

About the role;

Line management of all members of the team.
To be a point of contact for clients, life offices and members of the business.
Dealing with any staffing or work-flow issues/requirements within the team, escalating to the Administration Support Manager where necessary.
Identify training needs for all team members, liaising with the Administration Support.
Manage to ensure any training requirements are met.
Ensure that the team maintains diary management systems and monitor the daily team work-flow, reallocating work to other team members where necessary.
Identify any process issues/improvements and escalate for investigation by operations department.
Ensuring that all work-flow within the team is dealt with in accordance with compliance department's guidelines.
Ensure that all administration systems are maintained, that all client data is accurate and up to date.
Ensure that the team adheres to all SLA's in relation to the support of their advisers, assisting with daily work-flow wherever necessary.
Provide coaching and support to other team members.
Providing training for team members.
To interview potential candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the business.

Candidate requirements;

Previous experience of supervising within a similar role in Financial Services.
Previous experience of coaching and supporting team members.
Previous experience of training staff.
Effective organisational and planning skills.
Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
