Team Leader Financial Planning - Base Salary negotiable but c.£80k £85k + with great a overall package.

My client is seeking a 'Team Lead' to join their business. The successful candidate will build and develop trusted relationships with current and potential clients. To be responsible for delivering financial planning and wealth management advice as well as overseeing the existing Advisor team.

This is an opportunity for an existing Planner who wishes to continue advising a book of clients, but seeking to take their first steps into a management role.

The successful applicant will liaise with the Investment management team and Professional services Colleagues to develop client relationships.

As a Team head, you will also undertake supervision of direct reports, T&C and suitability processes are adhered to.
