Implementation Specialist - Employee Benefits - £50,000PA + Bonus & Additional Benefits

My client is a well established Insurance Broker who operate within the London Market. As a rapidly growing business, my client is looking to recruit a new member to join their growing Benefits Team in providing excellent service to our corporate clients and their employees by providing technical consultancy, project management and technical delivery across the employee benefits schemes.

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Project manage the implementations and annual renewals of your assigned Clients portfolio.
  • Follow clear project governance principles and maintain regular project update documents, calls and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver projects within agreed scope and identify areas for upsell to develop the Engage Income streams.
  • Work with Clients to achieve agreement and sign off of changes
  • Manage the implementation and renewal project plans from Initiation through to close.
  • Enlist resource support required to deliver renewal projects through the sprint planning meetings
  • Working with Clients to gather technical requirements for benefits scheme design, delivery process and data interfacing requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of the Technical scheme documentation.
  • Creation and maintenance of the Technical process documentation.
  • Creation and maintenance of Technical data interface documentation.
  • Working with Consultants, providers and insurers to gather renewal information to update the scheme documentation.
  • Creation of required product web texts ensuring all required technical sign off is acquired.
  • As part of your project delivery work on your assigned clients you will provide the technical configuration via the available benefits platform.
  • Creating portal content through the inbuilt content management system.
  • Management of communication release through the inbuilt communication tools.
  • Undertaking and managing the testing cycle through to release to clients, managing Client testing cycles and resolving all Client queries ensuring change control mechanisms are maintained.

Experience Required:

  • Project management qualification or you can demonstrate working within an agile project environment.
  • You should ideally have experience within a technical project delivery role, implementing flexible benefit solutions.
  • Provision of excellent service to our clients and their employees is paramount within this role.
  • You must be able to demonstrate solutions driven approach to implementing workable solutions for our clients, whilst applying a proactive approach to ensure that all client's expectations are managed fully throughout.
  • You will need to have a technical mind-set and the ability to think logically.
  • You will be highly resourceful, demonstrating the ability to adapt to new technologies and new methods of working
  • Creativity - suggesting new or improved ways of working to improve efficiency
  • Your professionalism increases the positive aspect of customer-experience and underpins their loyalty.
  • You take ownership of your portfolio and proactively manage the associated workload, flagging client risks and opportunities.
