An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In-house Commercial Lawyer to join the world's largest independent insurance brokerage.

Based in London you will provide legal support to the business and be an integral part of the in-house commercial legal team, in the UK and internationally.

Your role will include dealing with a broad range of commercial agreements including, insurance agreements, IP, privacy and general commercial contracts such as NDAs, referral agreements, collaboration agreements and TOBs.

The successful candidate will need:

• To be a qualified Solicitor, with ideally 1 - 8 years PQE
• A broad range of commercial contract experience
• To ideally have some experience in the insurance industry, and of dealing with insurance agreements
