An exciting opportunity has arisen for an in-house litigation solicitor to join a large privately owned UK based utilities company, and their in-house legal team based in Reading. The position is ideal for a mid-level litigation solicitor, ideally with experience of commercial litigation and the civil procedure rules.

This opportunity will involve the successful litigation solicitor being involved in a wide range of day-to-day legal matters, such as; regulation, health and safety, public prosecution and general disputes.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be between 2 - 6 years PQE
• Have experience in managing their own caseload of civil/commercial disputes
• Have experience of dealing with the full litigation process, including instructing counsel to attend Court
• Ideally have some experience in mediation and ADR
