As a Planner, it is your role to ensure that together with your team, you provide a high standard of technical service to clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with client requirements.


You have the responsibility for the future growth of the firm, especially through the current client base.


You will know your clients and be able to recognise significant issues in their circumstances and consider the best possible recommendations for their solution.


You will establish yourself as a key business advisor and a primary contact for clients, their professional team and your own business network, creating and obtaining referrals for work.


You will be an ambassador for the firm and actively promote yourself and the business as experts in the marketplace.
