Job description

This very well established firm and recognised insolvency and restructuring team in the South West is seeking to grow, with the appointment of a insolvency and restructuring solicitor into the Cheltenham office.

This team has specialist experience in all aspects of insolvency and restructuring, and it one of the few teams which will give the right person access to both the transactional and litigious side of the role. Experience of the team includes; restructuring of companies, pre-formal insolvency advice, advice on director' duties and liabilities, formal insolvencies including administrations, liquidations and bankruptcy, and litigation and asset recovery.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Ideally over 2 years PQE, and able to hit the ground running on some matters
  • Experienced in either contentious or non-contentious insolvency and restructuring - although there is a clear preference for someone with the experience of doing both
  • Keen to get involved with clients at a very early stage of their career
