Top National firm across the Midlands is seeking to recruit a designated Insolvency or Restructuring Law Partner or Legal Director into its East Midlands offices.

You will have the opportunity to specialise in either insolvency or restructuring matters and help build the firms presence specifically in these areas, leveraging off an already top record in the North. The current teams works with large accountancy firms, to niche boutique practices as well as dealing with personal insolvency work, and restructuring. They handle asset recovery issues at a national and international level.

You will need:

• Minimum of 8 years PQE with experience in the specialist area of insolvency and/or restructuring
• Ideally to have a book of business/clients to bring with you, or at least a business case of how you expect to build your business
• Ambitious and drive; this opportunity is a key hire for the business
