Top regional firm seeks to appoint an ambitious Insolvency Solicitor to join their leading restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency team.
Working in a friendly partner led team you'll have exposure to broad ranging matters relating to corporate recovery, corporate insolvency, distressed lending, restructuring, company liquidation and administration work. Supporting company directors, business owners and equity holders and companies dealing with financial issues, you'll work with insolvency practitioners, asset based lenders and administrators to provide bespoke, commercial solutions including advising on the acquisition or disposal of distressed companies and other corporate transactions and encompassing all manner of non-contentious insolvency related matters. The team also provides expert contentious advice, working on complex insolvency related litigation.
You will have gained experience working in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice, (handling ideally a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.) You will ideally have at least ca.2 years PQE in this area although this is a guide and Lawyers with more or less experience than this in insolvency work are also invited to apply.
You may already be based locally or seeking a move to the Thames Valley from London or another regional centre.
