Insurance Manager

Job description

Our client is looking for an Insurance Manager to become an essential part of the team, responsible for evaluating and managing risk associated with warranty claims.

You will work closely with dealerships and 3rd parties as well as service departments to ensure that all warranty claims are handled efficiently and effectively, and that their customers receive the highest level of service possible.

You will be required to deliver clear and concise data to senior stakeholders of which are in the car dealership industry. You will be responsible for managing relationships with senior end-users and communicating complex data and analysis in a way that is easily understandable.

As the Insurance Manager, you will need to be able to leverage data to make informed decisions and recommendations. You should be comfortable using data analytics tools and software to analyse large data sets and identify trends and patterns. You will hold responsibility for Auditing the dealership and Third parties; some of which will involve overseas travel once every couple of years.

To be considered for this role you need previous Motor Claims experience along with audit experience. Candidates with a Motor Engineering background / Motor Loss Adjusting background will also be considered.
