Integration Programme Lead

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to support the ambitious growth plans of one of the world's leading independent brokers, to enable the business to maximise the benefits of anticipated organisational change.   • Lead the business in assessing, and understanding, the impact of anticipated organisational change
  • Guide the business in assessing the difficulties of implementing change and developing solutions to overcome these difficulties
  • Support and engage with senior leaders in the delivery and embedding of change
  • Engage with the business at all levels to drive faster adoption and higher utilisation of change
  • Oversee the creation of the change management strategy which supports the adoption of change
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the change programme process and governance framework

Key Accountabilities

  • Co-ordinate with the business, digital and operational teams to identify change requirements
  • Lead the assessment of the impact of change within the business
  • Lead the change team to support the initiation, execution and value capture of change programmes
  • Work with the business to ensure embedding and adoption of organisational change through adequate communication, training, support and engagement
  • Work with operational and business stakeholders to deliver continuous process improvements following the implementation of a change programme

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in leading the delivery of organisational change
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with a variety of project management approaches
  • Understanding of the change management process
  • Experience of scenario, tactics and strategy planning
