Integration Programme Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business in assessing, and understanding, the impact of anticipated organisational change
  • Guide the business in assessing the difficulties of implementing change and developing solutions to overcome these difficulties
  • Support and engage with senior leaders in the delivery and embedding of change
  • Engage with the business at all levels to drive faster adoption and higher utilisation of change
  • Oversee the creation of the change management strategy which supports the adoption of change
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the change programme process and governance framework

Key Accountabilities

  • Co-ordinate with the business, digital and operational teams to identify change requirements
  • Lead the assessment of the impact of change within the business
  • Lead the change team to support the initiation, execution and value capture of change programmes
  • Work with the business to ensure embedding and adoption of organisational change through adequate communication, training, support and engagement
  • Work with operational and business stakeholders to deliver continuous process improvements following the implementation of a change programme

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in leading the delivery of organisational change
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with a variety of project management approaches
  • Understanding of the change management process
  • Experience of scenario, tactics and strategy planning
