Investment Management Administrator

Are you an Investment Administrator looking for your next challenge?

As an Investment Management Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of meeting packs
  • Checking the daily reports including standing order checks and payments/receipts/debits
  • Administration of prospective client paperwork
  • General administration for client portfolios
  • Dealing with client and IFA queries over the phone and by email
  • Ad hoc project work


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferable
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver against established individual and team targets
  • Propensity to work well within teams, collaborating with colleagues to ensure best outcomes for internal and external clients
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communicator in person and in writing
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint
