Junior IFA

Job description

I am working with a national client who is seeking a Junior IFA to work alongside an experienced Senior Advisor and take on a proportion of their client base. This person will be coming in to a successful client book and it's a perfect opportunity for someone fully qualified who's looking to learn from a seasoned Advisor. The role will cover Somerset and Devon.

You will receive support as you understand clients needs and goals and formulate financial strategies guiding clients towards their financial aspirations.
This is an opportunity for a newly qualified Advisor to learn and develop under the guidance of a Senior Advisor with clients to inherit.


  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent) and to maintain CF30 status in accordance with the FCA regulations
  • Clear demonstration of a client centric approach with a well presented and articulate manner and dedication to doing the right thing for our clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability and professionalism. Harnessing IT skills to embrace the new virtual/digital ways to communicate with clients
