One of the world's biggest beverage manufacturing brands is seeking a 3-6 years PQE Commercial Lawyer to join their in-house team in the North Brabant region of The Netherlands.

The Role

Working as part of a tight-knit Legal team, you will build a close relationship with all of the key functions of this FMCG giant in a role involving:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with various teams including Sales, Marketing and Procurement
• Providing strategic advice in relation to marketing regulations, IP and Competition matters
• Providing support on corporate activities for the Group
• Instructing and working with external counsel

The Person

The successful applicant will have 3+ years' experience in Commercial Law and be comfortable communicating with a range of people within an organization. Any additional knowledge/experience in IP or Competition would be advantageous, but the business is certainly able to provide knowledge and training so it is not a necessity.
