We looking to appoint an Analyst into an M&A insurance broking team. As an Analyst you will provide high level, technical support to a team of experienced M&A Brokers across the Central & Eastern European (CEE) region. The team focus on advising private equity and corporate buyers and sellers on the structuring and placement of warranty and indemnity insurance arrangements - the product protects buyer and seller interest within the event of an M&A transaction.

We are looking to talk to individuals with experience gained from within an M&A environment with interest building a long-term career within fast paced M&A driven environment. People with Law degrees are of interest due to the heavily legal driven environment the team operates within.
