Joining a highly experienced team of M&A Underwriters you will take lead on underwriting international M&A transactions - deals are submitted by the international broking community. The team are considered the go-to for complex deals and with an international platform are also the choice for cross-border and multi-jurisdictional risks.

The hire will be a qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) from a branded law firm in Germany or an experienced Underwriter from the M&A market.
