The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the South sales function with responsibility for growth and performance
  • Inspiring, coaching, and retaining high performing and ambitious sales teams who will follow because you've been there and done it
  • Driving consistent new business and client development through leadership, while ensuring the highest standards of service
  • Contributing to board-level strategy and decision-making, helping to shape culture and long-term success
  • Leading by example - showing how it's done, and empowering others to achieve their full potential

About You

We're looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the credibility to influence at board and the experience to inspire teams on the ground.

You'll bring:

  • A proven track record as a senior sales leader (MD, Head of Sales or equivalent)
  • First-hand previous experience of winning business and building client relationships
  • An authentic leadership style - you inspire trust
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically about growth
  • Energy, resilience, and ambition to deliver results
