You've built a positive reputation in the Marine Cargo Broking market, you have a knack for placing difficult Cargo and Stock through put risks in the market, but also have strong relationships with your Wholesale Brokers globally.

One of the specialist marine leaders in the industry are looking to appoint a Marine Cargo Broker / Account Executive to the team, whereby you'll operate within a placement and BDM role, managing a portfolio of Brokers based in the US and Asia, whilst facilitating deals, building relationships with Underwriters and placing into the market.

You'll enjoy autonomy, you don't want to be pigeon-holed into a specific role. The MD of this business has confirmed, you'll be encouraged to get involved in all areas, your voice will be listened to and you'll have an opportunity to make a difference.

This will be a business who promote from within and look after their people. As a business, IDEX have placed over 15 people within this firm over the past 4 years and over 90% are still there now

You'll offer a background in Marine Cargo broking, either as a placing or wholesale broker, you'll be advice-led, you'll be able to prioritise and be an overall team player. You'll enjoy a mixture of office and face to face interaction.

If successful, you'll be offered a salary between £60,000 - £80,000 dependent upon experience, flexibility working from home, 10% pension contribution, private medical and dental care, up to 27 days holiday, Life Assurance plus wealth of other benefits

To be considered, you'll be from the Cargo market, either dealing with Cargo business exclusively or within other lines.
