As a Marine / Transportation / Trucking Producer, you want to feel you are part of something special, an opportunity to make a real impact on a hugely exciting specialist broking business.

An ambitious independent broker headquartered in Alabama who are genuinely building something different in the marketplace, fuelled by the need from their people and their clients.
A 'people first' mantra, some beautiful offices to work out from, a superb commission structure and an opportunity to build out your own practice/office, should you have the entrepreneurial mind-set to do so.

- Quite simply, their people are everything to them. Without their people, there would be zero clients and no business. You will be empowered, supported and developed into the best insurance broker and version of yourself.
- You will have full access to the senior leadership team, meaning you will be able to utilise their support when/where needed and decisions will be made quickly. No red-tape or internal politics.
- A business with unique, niche verticals led by specialist practice leaders within them. The owner of this Broker is extremely well-networked across the transportation/trucking, marine and aviation markets, meaning you will have additional lead generation support (Quite literally, tapping into his network!)
- A firm who utilise data and analytics to support clients when presenting to Insurers/insurance companies. You will have a team who will be able analyze data / trends to ensure you achieve the best possible price for your client
- A small, nimble broker who have the infrastructure in place which you'd usually find at a much larger shop. This Broker have 5 other sister companies within the same group which all compliment the insurance business. I.e. Compliance and administration support and recruitment. You really will get the best of both worlds here.
What's on offer? Let's be on honest, if you're an experienced Producer bringing in $200k - $400k per year, why would you leave?
- As an independent business, a deal can be structured that suits you and your family. As a rule of thumb, the business offer 40% on new business and 25% on renewals, but can be flexed depending on your requirements on your base salary in the earlier years
- You will have the opportunity to build out your own practice, should you wish to. There really isn't a ceiling so if you have wider/bigger aspirations outside of a pure production role, this could be an excellent opportunity for you
- This business are also looking to partner with other like-minded insurance agencies/brokers, as well as seeking opportunity to purchase books of business
