Job description
A hugely exciting, marine specialist MGA are looking to engage with Ocean Marine and Inland Marine Underwriters who would be interested in:
1.) Greater autonomy and freedom to write business. Oh, and an opportunity to manage time at home and in the office
2.) Being part of one of the fastest growing MGAs across the US. 30+ team mates across all areas of marine, which includes Ocean Cargo, Wet Marine, P&I and Inland Marine
3.) A non-corporate, massively regulated environment you typically find working for certain large Insurers.
Working alongside a flat management structure, you'll be empowered to underwrite profitable marine business (Both new and existing), work in collaboration with your colleagues and build out new territories. After all, you are naturally entrepreneurial
We are looking to engage with individuals across the Tri-State (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut), as well as on the Gulf Coast.
You will be rewarded with an attractive compensation package, negotiable base salary and benefits, plus bonus deal to incentivize your performance.
