The Role
They're looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing & Communications Manager with strong UK financial services experience to lead and elevate their marketing function. You'll protect and develop their brand, run integrated campaigns, drive new business, and strengthen their voice as a modern, values-led firm. Working closely with the CEO, you'll influence strategy while delivering hands-on, high-impact work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as brand guardian and lead the marketing strategy.
  • Plan and deliver integrated digital and offline campaigns.
  • Oversee thought leadership, PR, media relations, and reputation management.
  • Manage website, social channels, SEO and analytics.
  • Produce clear, engaging internal and external communications.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, managing budgets and performance

About You

  • Proven marketing/comms experience in UK Financial Services.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a willingness to be hands-on.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience running integrated, results-driven campaigns.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, confident, and collaborative
