Job description
I'm exclusively retained on an exceptional employed Mortgage Advisor role based in central London. This superb opportunity is to work for a technology led Financial Planning organisation where the client journey and outcome is at the forefront of everything they do.
For this position you will bring with you mortgage experience and CEMAP qualifications but just as importantly you will bring an open mind to the way mortgage advice can be given now and how it will develop in the future.
You will receive fully qualified, warm leads via strong existing external and internal relationships and there are no new business requirements. Your focus will be purely on providing the best service in the market and converting these leads.
You must be comfortable with utilising financial planning/mortgage advice technology in all aspects of the role, be extremely organised and of course be able to build great rapport and relationship with the clients.
An excellent salary is on offer plus additional commission income depending on performance. First year OTE's should be around £70,000 - £80,000 and you will be joining a growing organisation where you will genuinely have an important part to play in it's continued growth.
