Are you a NQ or soon-to-be NQ Planning Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded, nationally integrated legal team with a strong track record in complex Planning matters?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ Planning Associate Solicitor to join a top-tier Planning & Environmental team at a UK and internationally recognised law firm. With a reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the housing, regeneration, infrastructure and environmental sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.
This UK-wide team is highly regarded for its work on major urban regeneration schemes, infrastructure developments, estate renewal programmes, and environmental matters. You will advise on complex planning applications and strategic planning reviews, draft and negotiate Section 106 and Section 278 agreements, advise on CPO (Compulsory Purchase Orders), enforcement, and public inquiries and provide strategic and legal advice on major mixed-use and residential developments.
The ideal candidate will be:
- UK-qualified solicitor with NQ - 5 years' PQE in Planning Law
- Experienced advising on Section 106 / 278 agreements, enforcement, and planning due diligence
- Commercially aware with a strategic mindset
