Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Property (Residential or Commercial) solicitor or legal executive to join one of the UK's top 50 law firms based in Norwich. This will be a chance for this person to join a market leading real estate service line, but with a focus on Finance within the Real Estate sector.


The Opportunity

You will work as part of the Real Estate finance team, handling a range of complex real estate finance law matters throughout the UK. You will work across all sectors of property finance, acting for both the lender and the borrower with a client base that includes, financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, institutional funds and other types of lenders, as well as developers and investors.


The ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, with experience in either Real Estate, Residential Conveyancing or Finance/Banking.
  • Strong interest in the Finance sector, and having more of a focus on Banking.
  • A practical, client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset with a desire to grow and contribute to the team's success
