Our client, a leading Financial Services Risk Consulting firm seeks an Operational Risk professional to join and contribute to the delivery of high profile and complex risk engagements across a wide range of financial services clients.

These will primarly be clients within the capital markets space but will also include wider clients within banking.

This role offers you the opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping clients' operational risk & resilience strategies, frameworks & functions of the future, and to help grow their Risk Consulting business. Superb career prospects at this firm.

Helping clients transform and evolve their risk strategy in areas such as Operational Risk framework enhancement, Risk Technology transformation, Operational Resilience, emerging risk identification, risk governance and operating model enhancement.

You will drive delivery of client engagements and develop new solutions & market insights for clients - helping them grow and enhance their risk frameworks and reducing business risk.

You:

• Hungry and passion to move into a consulting role and support a roster of top tier banking clients
• A broad understanding of Risk Management across banking organisations
• Operational Risk exposure in a Capital Markets / Retail Banking or Consultancy environment required.
• Worked across different functions of a banking institution
• Experience working with risk management & governance frameworks, ideally with capital markets exposure
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g. Resilience, FCA Handbook, CSDR)
• Financial Services Industry experience or consulting will be considered
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service experience
• A collaborative mindset and very strong stakeholder relationship management skills
