Operations Director

Job description

Are you an Operations Director with experience of working within a financial planning business?

We are seeking an individual to join our client and assist in the following areas reporting into the CEO:

  • Developing and implementing plans for the delivery of high quality operations support for the Advice business
  • Contributing to the successful integration of acquisitions, including the migration of acquired clients
  • Implementing and developing the use of a continuous improvement methodology such that processes are effective and consistently deliver high quality client outcomes
  • Recruiting into, and developing the capabilities of, the management team, and supporting the team in the development of plans for growing talent and nurturing career progression
  • Leading projects and initiatives, including the design and implementation of new / enhanced services for clients, and the adoption of technology to streamline service delivery
  • Ensuring high standards of compliance with regulations at all times
