Your Role as a Paraplanner: As a Paraplanner you will play a vital role in assisting our financial advisors in providing high-quality advice and recommendations to our valued clients. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, preparing detailed reports, and assisting with the creation of financial plans. Your exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong understanding of financial products will be essential in ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports, including suitability letters and investment proposals
  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors to develop and refine financial plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Demonstrated experience as a Paraplanner or similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and investment products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Relevant qualifications such as the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent are desirable
