Job description

I'm currently representing a well-established, reputable independent financial planning firm is expanding their team in Cardiff following continued growth - and they're looking for a Paraplanner to join them.


In this role, you'll work closely with senior advisers, offering high-quality technical support and contributing to a first-class client experience. You'll have the opportunity to get stuck into a wide range of work, including more complex planning across investments, pensions, tax and protection. Expect a balance of independence and collaboration in a supportive environment.


The package includes:

  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Cardiff office
  • Salary around £45,000 (DOE)
  • Annual bonus
  • Generous holiday allowance with the option to buy/sell
  • Life insurance (4x salary)
  • Group Income Protection
  • Death in Service


You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are Diploma qualified (Level 4) or progressing towards Chartered
  • Bring solid paraplanning experience and strong technical capability
  • Have excellent research and report-writing skills
  • Are proactive, organised, and comfortable working closely with advisers and clients
