Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to join a leading wealth management firm known for delivering tailored financial advice and investment solutions across the UK.
This is an ideal role for someone currently working in a Paraplanner or Junior Paraplanner position. You'll receive full support to grow and develop, including working towards your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
The Role:
- Support Financial Advisers by preparing detailed financial plans and suitability reports
- Conduct research into pensions, investments, protection products, and tax strategies
- Use financial planning tools and systems (e.g., Defaqto, X-Plan) to assist with advice delivery
- Help ensure all recommendations are clear, compliant, and client-focused
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
- Stay informed on industry and regulatory changes
What We're Looking For:
- A strong interest in financial planning and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector
- Willingness to study towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (fully supported)
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving

- Up to £40,000 salary, depending on experience
