Are you a detail-oriented Paraplanner with a passion for delivering high-quality financial planning support? As a Paraplanner, you'll play a key role in analysing client objectives and crafting tailored financial solutions that align with their needs. You'll be part of a collaborative, professional team that values precision, integrity and personal development.


The opportunity
You'll support Financial Planners and Advisers with the development of comprehensive financial plans and suitability reports. From analysing client objectives to liaising with administration teams, your work will ensure advice is accurate, timely and compliant.


Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Advisers to create well-reasoned, compliant financial plans
  • Analyse client needs and build appropriate recommendations across a range of financial planning scenarios
  • Draft robust suitability reports and technical documentation
  • Ensure the smooth progression of new and existing business cases
  • Work with admin support to maintain high workflow standards and hit key deadlines
  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure full compliance with internal processes
  • Contribute to a culture of conduct risk awareness and ethical advice standards

What you'll bring

Essential:

  • CII level 4 diploma in regulated financial planning (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a paraplanning role within financial services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Working towards CII level 6 or Chartered status
