Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next career move? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected independent financial advice business with over 25 years' experience delivering tailored solutions to clients across the Midlands.
You'll be working directly alongside Senior Financial Advisers, providing technical support and helping deliver outstanding client service. This role offers a mix of autonomy and collaboration, with the chance to get involved in complex cases covering investments, pensions, tax planning and protection.
What's on offer:
- Hybrid working, 2-3 days from home each week
- Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 5% employer pension contribution
- Life insurance - 4x base salary
- Income protection - 75% of base salary (after 26 weeks)
- Private medical insurance
What we're looking for:
- Diploma qualified (level 4) or working towards Chartered status
- Solid paraplanning experience, with strong technical knowledge
- Excellent report writing and research skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and confident working closely with Advisers and clients
