The Opportunity
I'm looking for a skilled, technical Paraplanner to join the team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, client-focused partnership where your technical insight, attention to detail and professional expertise will directly shape the quality of advice the Financial Planners deliver.
You'll work closely with the Financial Planning team to provide high-quality technical and research support to advisers, preparing detailed suitability reports, recommendations, and client documentation


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client letters, proposals, and recommendation reports that align with compliance and ethical standards.
  • Conduct in-depth technical research into products and providers to support advice and inform product panel reviews.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation for advice is complete, accurate and appropriately filed.
  • Identify and share updates on products or technical changes with relevant panel owners and team members.
  • Provide general technical and administrative support as required to advisers and the wider planning team.


About You
We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, a meticulous approach, and the confidence to engage thoughtfully in financial discussions.
You will have:

  • A CII Diploma in Financial Planning or CISI equivalent (minimum).
  • Prior experience in a Paraplanning role within a wealth management or financial planning firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to explain complex investment ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Strong analytical ability with confidence working with data and drawing informed conclusions.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively and think independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT literacy.
