We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner Team Leader to lead and support the Paraplanners. You'll manage daily operations, drive process improvements, develop team capability, and support strategic initiatives-all while ensuring consistent, high-quality service.

What you'll do:

• Lead, train, and develop a team of Paraplanners
• Standardise and improve processes using tools like Xplan
• Oversee work-flow and performance reviews
• Deliver monthly reporting and support key projects
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency

Knowledge

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry within a support function
• Good understanding of Xplan
• Knowledge of creating and updating processes & procedures
• Experience in staff management, training, coaching a team

Skills & Qualifications

• Current or previous experiences as a Paraplanner for HNW clients, preferably in an Independent firm
• Client focused, delivering a high standard of client service
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel
