**The Role:**
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join us as a Team Leader in our Pensions Outsourcing Practice. As the Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of administrators handling DB and DC schemes, ensuring compliance with client contracts and delivering exceptional service standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build strong client relationships and provide expert advice on pension queries
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve outstanding performance
- Manage pensioner payrolls, pension increases, and project deadlines effectively
**Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience in occupational pension scheme administration, with a focus on DB and DC schemes
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving results
- QPA or PMI qualification preferred but not essential
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
