This West End practice in London is seeking to appoint a Personal Insolvency and Bankruptcy Solicitor to join its growing litigation offering. You will be a mid-level solicitor, ideally with experience in dealing with personal insolvency and/or bankruptcy and all the associated issues that come with this.

The position will include being involved with high value and complex transactions, including; dispute statutory demands, defended bankruptcy petitions and contentious bankruptcy matters.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ideally over 2 years PQE
• Have some experience in dealing with personal insolvency and bankruptcy matters
• Have some understanding of non-contentious personal insolvency
• Be empathetic and able to deal with a client base of high net worth, professional and institutional clients
