Planning Senior Associate

Market leading national firm is seeking an experienced Planning Associate to join their successful planning team based in Manchester.

Due to an influx of new instructions from clients spanning the private and public sectors, the firm is keen to appoint a further experienced Planning Associate with ca 4 years PQE+ The team, led by two very likeable and experienced partners, is busy and advises a range of clients including developers, investors, retail and leisure operators, public bodies, housing associations and institutional lenders.

In this key role, you will take ownership of a range of matters relating to high quality planning and highways work, advising on major mixed use and urban regeneration schemes, compulsory purchase, Section 106 and planning related land acquisition work. You will be encouraged to develop relationships with clients, helping to raise the profile of the team locally and working as part of a successful nationally integrated planning practice.

Ideally you are likely to have ca 4 years+ experience as a Planning Lawyer with another recognised commercial firm, although applications are welcomed from lawyers who are more (or less) experienced and this is a guide only. This is an exceptional and rare opportunity for an ambitious associate to achieve swift progression with a top national firm.
