One of the largest Planning teams nationally is seeking to appoint a Planning Solicitor to one of its East Midlands offices. You will work across a variety of Planning mattes, with leading individuals in this field. This opportunity comes with genuine career progression.
This Planning team has been identified as one of the fastest growing in the market, and is seeking to continue with that growth. You'll be expected to get involved in dealing with s106 agreements, Highways and Statutory Agreements, advising on planning and highways law, and undertaking corporate support work for property and corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will:
Be NQ to 6 years PQE
Have experience in Planning law, ideally a seat during training at least
Be either from Private Practice or Local Authority
