An award-winning, top-tier national law firm is seeking a talented Newly-qualified, or Junior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join its highly ranked Private Client, Trusts, Estates and Tax team based in Oxford.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Private Client teams, consistently ranked Tier 1 in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for over 15 consecutive years. The team boasts a national footprint of over 50 specialists and is led by some of the most respected lawyers in the field.

You will work alongside experts in complex and high-value estate planning matters, acting for high and ultra-high net worth clients with a diverse asset base, including international estates, agricultural and literary interests, family businesses, and capacity-sensitive matters.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be over Newly Qualified (NQ) or up to 4 years PQE with experience in Private Client law, either during your training contract or post-qualified experience
• Have some experience working on complex will, tax, trusts or estates matters
• Have a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• A willingness to work flexibly, with at least one day per week in the Oxford office

This firm is renowned for its genuinely collaborative and flexible working culture, and this role can be tailored to suit your working preferences - requiring a minimum of one day per week in the Oxford office, with additional days in other offices if desired.
