This office will be the first of 4 over the next few years, so a very exciting time to be joining the team, with huge progression opportunities available for the right people alongside the firm's growth.

The role will include advising on and preparing documentation in relation to:

• Will drafting
• succession planning
• tax-efficient lifetime giving
• international aspects
• disputed Wills
• creation, administration and termination of trusts
• advice to trustees and beneficiaries
• trust taxation

The office already has a Partner in place, so the firm would consider applicants from NQ all the way through to Legal Director.
