Excitingly, they have a new opportunity available as a Senior Yacht Insurance Broker which could be ideal for you...

You hold a background servicing the needs of private clients / high net worth individuals as an Insurance Advisor/Broker. Lets be honest, there is a certain art to how you develop relationships with these sorts of clients, it's less about the cost of the policy, but more about the service and attentiveness you give them.

Perhaps, you have experience within the Yacht Insurance market, or have an interest in dealing with this type of business (Insurance License needed). We are talking Warren Buffett sized clients, being involved in providing insurance for small vessels through to superyachts.

The opportunity:

  • Joining this well-established Marine Broking team, you will inherit and service a portfolio of Yacht Insurance clients, you'll broke risks into the market and build strong relationships face to face. You'll be presentable, polished and have a very thorough nature to how you operate.
  • There will be limited expectations to produce business, however if you wanted to get involved in this, it'd be welcomed and can be built into your role

What's in it for you?

  • You will be rewarded with a base salary of between $90,000 - $150,000 depending upon experience. You'll also receive an incentive bonus based on performance.
  • Hybrid / remote working will be considered
  • Strong benefits package which includes 401k, health cover, dental and disability cover

What do you have to offer:

  • We are looking to talk to Insurance Broking professionals who have a background within either marine, commercial or private clients insurance
  • Ideally you will already be licensed and be able to start engaging with clients straight away
