Join a Leading Private Equity Practice
A US Law firm with an internationally recognised Private Equity Group are seeking to hire an NQ (March 2024 and September 2024 qualifiers) to join their dynamic London team.

The Opportunity
In this role, you'll gain exceptional experience working on the cutting edge of corporate private equity transactions.
As part of the team, you'll be involved in all stages of high-profile deals, including: fund formation, buyouts & acquisitions, portfolio investments and exits

You will work extensively with financial sponsors, corporates and investment banks on a range of public and private M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, capital raisings and general corporate matters across a variety of sectors.

Your Experience

  • You will be an NQ (September 2023 or March 2024) or a Trainee coming up to qualification in September 2024

  • You will have an outstanding academic background, with demonstrated interest and passion for the world of private equity
