This is a senior hire attracting a salary of up to £100k plus a broad benefits package. This role can be based anywhere in the UK / remote / working from one of the client's 8 UK sites.

The company is a financially strong, commercial insurer who provide a range of products and services for the commercial and corporate insurance markets across the UK. The business is a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation with significant growth plans for the coming five years.

The successful candidate will invigorate the underwriting proposition, leading Underwriters both technically and in terms of future appetite. They will have strong technical expertise, be able to drive strategy around underwriting appetite, as well as have a mature network in the UK regional Broker market.
