Idex is working exclusively with an award winning multinational Insurer is looking to appoint a Product Line Lead for their Technology & Cyber sectors. This is a senior hire attracting a salary of up to £90k plus a broad benefits package and can be based at any of their 8 sites across the UK / remote.

The company is a financially strong, sector focused commercial insurer and part of a multi-billion global corporation. The business is a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation, with plans to double in size by 2025.


On the back of these ambitious growth plans they are making significant investment into the Underwriting team to support the growing portfolio. This involves the creation of this new and exciting product leadership role in Technology & Cyber, responsible for the build and management of new and existing insurance products.

The role will support marketing promotion and launch of new products, and support sales in strategic Broker opportunities. The individual will work closely with the wider underwriting leadership team to monitor and manage product profitability and support on referrals.

The successful candidate will have a personal history of underwriting Technology & Cyber business over a number of years in the UK retail broker market and a demonstrable track record in delivering profitable results.
