An International law firm based in Johannesburg is looking to hire a mid to senior associate, ranging from 4-8 PQE who specialises in Project Finance.

The role sits in their transport and infrastructure team and are wanting to speak with Lawyers who have experience within social infrastructure - schools, hospitals, and railways.

It is important that the candidate has PPP (public, private partnership) transactions/PFI (project finance initiatives) transactions experience. Middle East experience would be an advantage. You will have a solid understanding of project finance, regulatory due diligence and regulatory drafting.
