A top international practice are looking for an experience Property Litigation Solicitor to join their established 2 Partner team in Bristol, collaborating with the wider team of 50+ Fee Earners across the US and UK.
As this team is so busy, they are looking for an experience Lawyer, with 5+ PQE within property disputes, with a focus on commercial matters.
The team advise a wide spectrum of clients, including landlords and tenants on a range of disputes including:
Dilapidations
Contractual and development disputes
Restrictive covenants and easements
Telecoms code disputes
Possession claims
Insolvency disputes
The teams client base ranges from public sector companies to national retailers and developers.
