You will work across a range of real estate matters including, disposal of assets, due diligence on acquisitions, regeneration and redevelopment projects, and all associate documents such as deeds of variation, licenses to assign, options, conditional and unconditional agreements.

They are looking to recruit a mid-senior level Senior Associate who has:

• Over 4 years PQE'
• Experience gained in real estate / commercial property law ideally from a strong real estate practice
• Ability to manage your own caseload, and support Partners on more complex deals
• An interest in undertaking business development to grow the firm
