We are excited to be working with a top national practice is looking to grow its real estate practice, with the appointment of a Real Estate Director or Partner into Leicester. This is an opportunity to grow as part of a wider East Midlands based Real Estate team, but with lots of autonomy.
You will be a Real Estate Director or Partner, or a senior real estate solicitor, looking to build and develop your real estate practice. The opportunity is available for a real estate solicitor with a client base either locally or nationally, but who is based in Leicester. The firm is keen to build on its rail, tech or IT sector focus.
The successful candidate is likely to be:
Senior Real Estate Solicitor, with a client following, ideally in excess of £150,000
Ambitious and driven, and looking to build something with the backing of a national firm
Strong at business development, and with good communication skills
On offer is partnership, which includes a share in the firms profits, as well as genuine autonomy and opportunity to make serious decisions, with the backing of the firm.
